Dr Dirk van der Spuy is a fellowship trained orthopaedic hand surgeon with more than 10 years' experience in private practice and has operated across the world, receiving specialist fellowship training in congenital hand surgery, peripheral nerve surgery and micro surgical training, in Australia.
Dr van der Spuy renders his service in both Cape Town (South Africa), as well as Namibia (South West Africa) where he performs multiple and very often, complex surgeries. Over the last few years, his service has expanded to assisting patients in the United Kingdom, Germany, Mauritius as well as other African countries. Cape Town, in particular, has become a wonderful destination and attraction combining travel with excellent medical care.
Dr van der Spuy and his team are well-versed in assisting international patients, making their journey to exceptional hand care seamless and stress-free.
